When you write, share the date (or two options), the kind of gathering, expected guest count, and whether overnight stay is needed. Already public: location in Chavara, Kollam, and auditorium capacity up to 500 people. Confirmed later in writing: rates, availability, timing, layout and any extra arrangements. The Conference Room is available for smaller meetings; its capacity is confirmed on enquiry.
A typical sequence is: send the enquiry → the team replies on availability → a written confirmation sets the amount → a deposit percentage in the Booking & Enquiry Terms holds the date → the balance is paid as that confirmation states. Until that written confirmation, the date is not reserved.
Overnight guests can ask about the 1-BHK Entire Villa or two AC Guest Rooms on the same property. Stay and event availability are confirmed separately. If some guests will arrive from Kollam or along the Alappuzha route, mention approximate arrival windows so check-in (2:00 PM to 6:30 PM) can be planned. Late arrival is asked, not assumed.
