This Privacy Policy explains how Aamees Paradise (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit https://www.aameesparadise.in or send an enquiry. Aamees Paradise is a serviced villa in Chavara, Kollam, Kerala. This website is enquiry-only. It does not take online payment, store card numbers, or confirm a booking automatically. Submitting a form means we received your request so the team can follow up by phone, WhatsApp or email.
When you use Book Property or Contact we may collect: name, country, email, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, stay dates and guest counts, event date and expected attendees, experience selection, your message, the page you came from, and optional campaign tags (utm fields). A hidden field is used only to ignore automated spam. Please do not send payment-card details in the message box.
The site uses a short-lived session cookie on Contact and Book Property so the form can check that a submission is genuine (CSRF protection). We do not use advertising pixels or analytics tags on the public site today. For abuse prevention, a one-way (HMAC) value derived from your IP address may be stored with rate-limit records. That value is not used to profile you for marketing.
We use this information to respond to stay, event, experience or general enquiries; to confirm what can be arranged; and to keep a record of what was requested. Follow-up may be by email, phone or WhatsApp, using the details you provided.
We do not sell your information. We share it only when needed to handle your request: with people on the Aamees Paradise team who process enquiries, and, if you asked us to arrange an experience, event support or a similar service, with the relevant provider or vendor, limited to what they need. Hosting and email providers process data on our behalf to run the website. We do not transfer enquiry data to Swiggy or similar listings; those are external references only.
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or stored without identifying details, unless a longer period is required to handle a dispute or a legal duty. Session cookies last only for the browsing session.
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@aameesparadise.in. We will need enough detail to find your enquiry. This policy is intended to meet duties under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies to this website.
