Aamees Paradise offers two stay products in Chavara, Kollam: one 1-BHK Entire Villa and two AC Guest Rooms. Both are enquiry-only. Rates are not published on the website. The property is a serviced villa, not an instant-booking hotel.
Choose the villa if your group wants a self-contained stay with living space and kitchen access. Standard occupancy is 3 guests. Extra guests may be accepted for an additional charge, confirmed when you enquire. This suits a small family or a short private stay beside the water setting.
Choose the guest rooms if you want air-conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms. There are two rooms. Standard occupancy is 2 guests per room. Extra guests follow the same enquiry rule. Two rooms can work for two couples or a group that prefers separate sleeping space rather than the whole villa.
Check-in is 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Ask if you need a different time. The Stay hub holds the comparison table and property facilities. This guide is only the decision: villa for a self-contained base, rooms for simpler overnight stays.
Chavara is a quieter coastal locality in Kollam district, with Ashtamudi’s backwaters and the Arabian Sea in the same region. Guests often combine a stay with a gathering at the Event Auditorium or with experiences arranged on request. Those are separate confirmations — a stay enquiry does not reserve the auditorium, and an event enquiry does not reserve rooms.
